The Victorian

Located in Santa Monica's historic district, this carefully restored example of Victorian architecture and grounds provide the facilities and services your important event demands.

Built in 1894 and known as the Kyte House, it was moved by concerned preservationists to its current location on Heritage Square in 1973.

Interior designer Louis Marx sourced authentic pieces to complement the architecture and restore the ambience.
